Realities of Sexual Choices: Embracing Cosmic Absolutes

In the cosmic scheme of things, a man and a woman working together as complements, whether procreating or not, are vastly superior in most ways to either two men or two women. I make this statement as one who was actively homosexual for most of my adult life on this planet. I believed that God made me that way and didn't care who I made love to as long as it was a mutually kind, caring relationship. Now being, shall we say, “post-gay” I would like to share some insights I have gained.
In an enlightened society men and women function together in leadership positions of all kinds. The experience of raising children is also an essential experience for every ascending mortal soul, as marriage and family life provide the arena which stimulates the highest potentials in human nature and also provide an ideal environment for the expression of the highest attributes of human personality. Family life requires commitment and self-sacrifice, stimulating the essential attributes of selfless service and ethical relationships. Male-female complementary relationships optimize the ascension process and actualize potentials in addition to procreation, that otherwise could not be achieved.
You have a choice. You can either accept these and other cosmic truths and move forward, or you can limit yourself until you are ready to make those higher choices in your life. The key word here is “higher.” At this point we are not talking about moral issues but facts of cosmic design and divine pattern, i.e., true reality. It is also true that in the short run, ignorance can be bliss, but it also becomes deadly to dwell in unreality too long, especially when the truth resonates within you.
What this means to the homosexual man or woman is that they cannot attain their highest potentials and their highest destiny purpose in any particular life. They have chosen to put themselves in the box of limitation. Why not choose to be all that you can be and take full advantage of the opportunities designed for that purpose? On my spiritual path, as I began to come into my cosmic mind and my memory circuits from previous lives began to be restored, I discovered that I have had many female complements in my past lives and fathered many children from past repersonalizations, some of whom are presently in my daily life or living elsewhere on this planet or on others. Other starseed (souls whose origin is from another planet) who have also had numerous lives most likely have, in their past, had many complements of the opposite sex and raised children. Those who have accepted themselves now as having been created homosexual limit their understanding of who they really are. Everyone is going to have to deal with these cosmic realities in this life or the next one, but the longer you procrastinate the more difficult it is going to be to deal with.
Once a neural pathway is short-circuited, it can take years, decades, or even lifetimes to reactivate. That is why there is such a diversity of opinion among medical and psychiatric professionals, and parents and children in general, as to whether or not a person can really change their sexual orientation. I will argue from my own growth pattern that you can, but because it is a soul issue, not just a physical one, it requires a spiritualized mind with a determination to change for the benefit of others as well as for yourself for a permanent healing. Again, thoughts have tremendous power, and mind controls physical manifestations.
There is much talk today about homosexuality being in your genes, an inherited trait. This can be true because your thoughts have power— power to heal the body or create disease in it, and over time, habitual thoughts can cause mutations in the genetic structure. Due to the ignorance that prevails in all areas on this planet, that has happened. Plant, animal, and human life have all been affected by the individual and mass consciousness. You do create your own reality—in the now and over time. At some point such tendencies come to appear normal and beyond merely a matter of choice. However, mind always has the power over matter.
Robert Sapolsky, a noted geneticist, states:
“A gene, a stretch of DNA, does not produce a behavior. A gene does not produce an emotion, or even a fleeting thought. It produces a protein.
“. . . The biological factors that genes code for in the nervous system typically don't determine behavior. Instead they affect how you respond to often very subtle influences in the environment. There are genetic vulnerabilities, tendencies, predispositions—but rarely genetic inevitabilities.”1
The question is, although the gene may be present, is it the gene that codes for homosexuality or is it the homosexuality that alters the genetic coding? Some think the latter is more likely. I believe they are right.
From my perspective, the movement for “Gay Rights” misses the point because its self-centered focus is too small. Everyone already has the most important right of all, and that is the right to choose to do God's will. It is not God’s will for you to be limited in your ability to fulfill your destiny within the grand design. Of course, all ascending sons and daughters should have equal social opportunities, be free from persecution, and receive equal treatment under the law, but the law in a cosmically sane society will be divine pattern adapted to the moment-to-moment evolutionary status of any planet. What gays and lesbians need is an understanding of the Fifth Epochal Revelation, (The URANTIA Book) and Continuing Fifth Epochal Revelation, published in The Cosmic Family volumes, where cosmic physics explains how eons of rebellious attitudes have affected everything on this planet from subultimatonic, subatomic, atomic, molecular through to cellular reality, including sexual relationships of all kinds. An understanding of this reality will enable you to make higher choices and to transcend any limitations you have created for yourself.
Inappropriate heterosexual relationships are equally responsible for today's confusion and the deterioration of family life, which is the ideal arena in which to learn how to live with and cooperate with others for the common good of all. Although I have met many beautiful, loving, and talented souls who are homosexual, in general I have found that, like many heterosexuals in this country, they often live a very self-indulgent lifestyle. I know because I have lived it for most of my present life until I came to a higher understanding of my own destiny purpose and how to achieve it. So many are more focused on what they can get out of life rather than what they can contribute. Good people can make very bad choices. It is time on this planet for each individual to begin to make higher choices: more ethical, more unselfish, more real, and more beneficial choices for all humankind, including himself or herself.
I have learned that actualizing an individual's personality potentials requires that certain circuits within the body must be in place and functioning harmoniously. These circuits regulate the life force within the body. These principles have been known on some beginning level for centuries on this planet. The Tibetans knew about the seven circuits of the human body which they called chakras. Chinese medicine is based upon an understanding of the meridians in the body which regulate the flow and potency of the life force, and thus the health of the physical organs and tissues of the body. It is not a new idea that when there are blockages or disruptions, disease is the result. Exchange of body fluids, such as semen from male to female, can be healing because there is a complementary electrochemical relationship built into the circuitry design between males and females, but between two males it can eventually cause various breakdowns in the body systems leading to a malfunctioning of the immune system and diseases, as well as retarding spiritual ascension. In grossly mismatched male and female pairs with incompatible genetics or ascension levels this can do likewise. While homosexuality is not the cause of AIDS, the results of the imbalanced circuitry does greatly accelerate the progress of the disease once it is present in the body, and nothing can really stop it except a change of mind and heart.
Although until the present era the scientific knowledge of genetics, psychology, and pathology in relation to homosexuality was very limited, most religions on this planet proscribed homosexuality on strictly moral grounds. “Thou shalt not . . . “ but religion uncensored by science and revelation cannot fully explain why not. This has usually led to persecution and isolation of those with homosexual tendencies and created much pain, anguish, and suffering but little healing. Out of this confusion, pain, and suffering, the fusion of science and spirituality now taking place on the planet puts the problem—and it is a problem, for it cripples certain aspects of personality actualization of the individual ascending son or daughter—into a new and more enlightened mode of understanding of cause and effect where healing can take place. It becomes a matter of individual choice based upon true reality and liberates the soul from the bondage of what is basically an addiction to certain habit patterns developed over time as a result of poor choices. Gay liberation takes on a new meaning and is put in its proper context, within the power of the individual and his or her personal relationship with the Creator, for with God all things are possible. But spiritual solutions are not magic bullets. Spiritual growth requires both change and effort, and I for one am finding that change and effort a small price to pay to regain my spiritual heritage. “The transformations of grace are wrought in response to the living faith of the beneficiaries thereof.” (The URANTIA Book, p. 1686:05).
